Provide a forum for networking, professional development, support, and advocacy to Healthcare Human Resources Professionals.

AHHRA’s Objectives
Facilitate the professional and personal development of our membership through education and the sharing and dissemination of relevant healthcare human resources issues by:
Round Table Discussions
E-mail Communications
Quarterly Meetings & Community Involvement
Development of Internship Programs

Promote the highest professional and ethical standards by:
Compliance with ASHHRA and AHHRA By-Laws
Establishment of ethical standards
Distribution of Board Minutes

Foster collaborative relationships with strategic partners by:
Exploring common issues and establish roundtable discussions with AzONE
Support VICA
Promotion of an annual conference with AZSHRM
Promotion of ASHHRA and AHA initiatives
Explore common issues and establish roundtable discussions with HFMA

Advocate legislative, regulatory, and policy issues in the best interest of  the membership by:
Newsletters and E-mails
Establish contact with Az Legislative
Maintain communication lines with ASHRA, regulatory agencies, and the Health Care Institutes
